Who IS Mammy Oaklee?

What have I lived would take too long to list. What haven’t I done, that I would like to do is a simple list that I am working on. Call it my ‘bucket list’ if you wish. Only I think there is a hole in my bucket, because as I continue to fulfill one more dream, there is space to add another one I did not think possible!

Who am I?  I am just a Wife, Mother, Grand-Mother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Friend.

LOL Yeah! Okay…but don’t let my family hear you say that! They would tell you different. There would be endless hours of shared stories of my ‘adventures’ and probably a little exaggeration. This blog will be dedicated to sharing some of those adventures that have been lived here in The Heart of BottomsUp 2/3 Acre.

Overall, I’m a happily married and devoted to my husband, Pappy. A mother of  four busy, grown  children, and a grand-mother of two. I love to spend my time with all my family doing anything, everything and occasionally just sitting together in the quietness of doing nothing at all. Just as long as we do it together.

I am a seeker of life’s happiest adventures. To find what makes a smile and to share it with others and especially with those who need it most. Oh! And I LOVE to WRITE about it ALL!!
